About Me

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Montreal, where I am affiliated with the School of Public Health (ESPUM), the Public Health Research Center (CReSP), and the Centre for the Study of Democratic Citizenship (CSDC). I received my PhD in Political Science from Binghamton University.

My research focuses on political institutions, federalism, and intergovernmental relations. I am particularly interested in how institutions shape the allocation of political authority, coordination across levels of government, and policy responses to crises. My current research examines institutional change, fiscal relations, territorial politics, and multilevel governance using comparative, quantitative, and computational methods.

My research has appeared in edited volumes and journals including Regional & Federal Studies, Publius: The Journal of Federalism, Third World Quarterly, and Constitutional Political Economy.
